Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that exists to rescue, protect, and provide care for at risk pets. We promote lifelong adoptions while focusing on spay/neuter and the education of animal welfare.

SAAP is dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where they are provided with love, food, medical care, and socialization until adopted into a loving home.

Commitment to Care

In addition to rescuing healthy dogs and cats, SAAP supports animals with complex or extended medical needs and provides hospice care for aging and sick animals.

We need your help to continue our mission! SAAP relies on grants, partnerships, fundraising, and donations to support our mission to rescue, protect, and provide care for at risk pets. All donations are tax-deductible and your donation will directly fund the rescue, care, and medical needs of the dogs and cats within SAAP.
