Standard adoption fees are $300 for puppies, $200 for adult dogs, $50 for senior dogs, and are payable by cash or check. Purebred or designer breeds are subject to adjusted adoption fees.
Please fill out a free, no obligation application with the name of the dog or puppy you are interested in adopting or the characteristics you are looking for in your new family member. We strive to respond to all applications within approximately 72 hours, but landlord checks and other factors may lengthen the review timeline. If your application is approved, we will notify you by email and our adoption coordinators will work with you to schedule a meet and greet with the pet.
Featured Fur Friend
Introducing SAAP’s Featured Fur Friend! As a featured fur friend, you can adopt this dog for a reduced adoption fee of $50. You will also receive a bag of food and a toy included at adoption!
Meet Buckwheat!
Buckwheat is a male, Siberian Husky/Mix a little over one year old. He is always the happiest guy! Buckwheat loves to be with his people all the time when he isn't playing with the other pups. He loves to run around playing with toys, but his favorite is a good bully stick. We are still working on not jumping up on people when we meet them but it will come with time. He hasn't met a person he doesn't love! When the weather is warmer he can also be found outside rolling around in the grass. He still does it in the cold but it doesn't seem as fun!
He is good with other dogs and kids. Cats unknown.
