OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) is an all- volunteer, non-profit organization that exists to rescue, protect, and provide care for at risk pets. We promote lifelong adoptions while focusing on spay/neuter and the education of animal welfare.
WHO WE ARE
We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non profit organization. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where we provide love, food, medical care and socialization until adoption into a new loving home. We educate on the importance of spaying and neutering of all pets.
We ensure all animals have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They are microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm and anti-flea medications (as age appropriate). They are ready and waiting to start their new life with their fur-ever family. Could that be you?
We need your help to continue our mission. We rely solely on donations and fundraisers. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of your donation will go towards the rescue, care, and medical needs of the animals.
We are always looking to add new volunteers to our organization. Your help can be used in one of many areas. We are looking for assistance in fostering animals, assisting at weekly adoption events, helping in fundraising efforts, and assisting in maintaining our email and phone contacts.

How do I surrender an animal?
If you find yourself with a stray, please contact your local animal shelter (where the pet is found). Also have the pet scanned for a Microchip. The pet could have been stolen or lost for a long time. Do not judge and think the owner “does not deserve to have this pet”. If you have to surrender your own animal, be honest with us about its personality and likes/dislikes, so we are able to find the best home and foster home for the pet. Surrender forms are provided below. Please remember we are an all volunteer foster home rescue and space is very limited.
